Plot: Heinous death-row convicts are isolated on Soorado Island. There, law or even common sense does not exist. Utterly evil Carlos Kun (Park Hee-Soon) dominates the island. To catch Carlos Yun, former special detective Yool (Bruce Khan) goes undercover as a death-row convict and enters Soorado Island.
